Update #2! Dig London!
I attended the DIG London conference last week and it was another one of those small but awesome conferences.
Some of keynotes speakers included the beautiful Jade Redmond(Ubisoft Montreal), the fast and furious David Taylor (EA Vancouver), the Hasseloffvian producer of Dark Sector Sheldon Carter and the "iconoclastic lighting rod of Silicon Knights(via 1up yours)", Dennis Dyack.
As for the programming contest, I did not win any prizes :(
I have never enjoyed losing and was a little disappointed that I did not get to see any of the other entries in action. BUT! I was happy with what I got done in the five days I had to work on it.
Anyway - I am pushing ahead with my thesis and I am working on something that I will be able to show you soon.
